Here is the recipe for all the Thermo Toronto fans out there :)
Handful of greens (spinach or kale work well)
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp of Chia Seeds (optional)
50g of butter
100g of apple sauce
210g plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Add greens, bananas and chia seeds into bowl, blend 30 seconds speed 9
Scrape down sides of bowl
Add butter and melt 2 minutes/70/speed 1
Add milk, eggs, apple sauce, flour baking powder and salt mix 10 sec/speed 5
Grease frying pan with butter and make mini pancakes (approx 5 at a time) on med to low heat flipping when they start to bubble.
Makes approx 25 mini pancakes
Let cool and freeze in a ziplock, use as needed!
