The Toronto team just arrived home from the most amazing trip to Quebec City to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Thermomix headquarters in Eastern Canada.
From the moment we arrived at the office we were blown away by how beautiful the space is. The building is so bright and open and the demonstration kitchen is the perfect place to show off the Thermomix TM5!
Nobelhaus, The Thermomix Distributor here in Eastern Canada, went to great lengths to make this party unforgettable. We learned how to make our own cocktails, had a blast with at the Photo Booth and danced the night away! It was amazing to get to know this wonderful group of people who all share the same passion for the Thermomix!

Since we are still waiting for the warm weather to arrive here in Toronto, I thought I would share this beautiful LCHF Thermomix soup recipe I have put together! Enjoy :)
LCHF Creamy Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup
125g of cheddar cheese
150g of broccoli (set aside 50g of chopped florets for steaming)
200g of cauliflower
700g of water
200g of cream (or half & half)
1tbsp of Thermomix veggie stock paste
Weight - 125 g of cheddar cheese into the bowl
Grate - 6 sec, Speed 6
Weight - 100g of broccoli & 200g of cauliflower in the bowl
Chop - 7 sec, speed 4
Weight 700g water & 200g of cream into the bowl
Add 1tbsp of Thermomix veggie stock (or replace water with liquid store bought stock)
Cook - 10 min, 100 degrees, speed 1
Place Veroma on top of the Thermomix lid and weigh 50g of broccoli florets (cut very small) into the Veroma.
Continue to cook for 5 min, 90 degrees , speed 1
Remove veroma and set aside
Blend - 1 min, Speed 5 slowly increasing the speed to 10 with measuring cup in place
Pour soup into serving dish or Thermoserver and stir in cheese & steamed broccoli florets & enjoy!
